Each service covers preparation for one government job posting. Support for additional postings can be added as a separate service.

Turnaround times begin once all required materials are submitted through the intake form.

After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to a short intake form. Once your materials are submitted, work begins according to the stated turnaround time.

Yes. All materials are reviewed confidentially and used solely for the purpose of providing the selected service.

Because services involve time and preparation, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you need to cancel before submitting your intake form, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. Interview preparation sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
